At National Courses, we keep our terms and conditions simple and fair.
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to make it easy for you to reschedule or cancel when needed.

Our One-Chance Policy

If you book a course with us, you have one opportunity to:

• Change your booking date, or

• Request a full refund

You can use this one-chance option at any time — even if you miss your class and contact us the next day. We’ll happily move you to another class or provide a refund if you no longer need the course.

Please note: this is a very generous policy, and we ask that you are respectful to our staff if a second change is request and declined.

Additional Flexibility

If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled class, you can reschedule as many times as you like with no penalty.

Other Notes

• Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at enrolment on the same day they are requested. Please allow 3 business days for it to arrive to your bank account.

• By enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
